All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.
At this time, we do not offer international or overseas shipping.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional periods.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.


6. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service issues

  • Remote area restrictions

HHP is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking your order.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.
HHP will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or a missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the package/product
